Meet Tony
Tony Alfaro is a technology entrepreneur and real estate developer with a track record of building and scaling companies across real estate, hospitality and finance.
Tony made his mark at the forefront of digital media, becoming the first to stream music videos at scale before merging his company with LAUNCH Media Inc. to become the first internet music company to go public — an early and formative exit that shaped his approach to building and scaling ventures ever since.
Tony and longtime business partner Mitch Hagerman lead a real estate development firm focused on luxury single-family homes in Southern California and master-planned resort communities. Current projects include three luxury homes in Malibu and a luxury resort and branded residences in the Fiji islands.
His entrepreneurial track record also includes an innovative social planning platform and, during the pandemic, a fintech company that helped thousands of small and midsize businesses secure hundreds of millions of dollars in critical relief funding.
He is currently co-founder of a next-generation women's health platform, providing telehealth services, wellness programs, and community support for women navigating their health journey and optimizing longevity.
Tony was a pioneer in the vintage sports card industry early in life, buying and selling tens of millions of dollars of cards and collectibles, was on PSA's first professional card grading team and partnered with Sotheby's to auction some of the most important sports cards and collectibles in existence.
After graduating from UC Santa Barbara with degrees in Economics and Art History, Tony built one of the first large scale sportscard distribution companies, reaching over $20 million in annual sales, distributing to over thirty countries, and recognized as an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company.
